Homemade Respiratory Steam with all natural ingredients!

What is an herbal steam? Herbal steams are one way to utilize herbs as a powerful avenue to move stagnancy in the respiratory system and nurture the skin. This ancient practice has healing capabilities known to relieve sinus congestion, alleviate nasal cavity stuffiness, and help runny roses.

Steps for the steam:

Step 1: Fill the glass jar with water and pour it into a pot.
Note:
Recommended to use an old cooking pot. Your stove may get a little messy, clean up is easy with a wet towel.

Step 2: Fill the jar with water two to three more times and add the water to the pot. (You can add more water to the pot later if needed.)

Step 3: Bring the pot of water to a boil on high heat for about two minutes.
Note: The steam will fill your home with a minty smell. Your eyes and nose may start to water.

Step 4: Turn the stove to low, allowing the steam to rise from the pot for as long as you want.

Step 5: (Optional) Turn your stove off completely. Place a towel over your head and breathe in the steam for as long as you can.
